Return Policy

Returns

Online returns are easy, yet please note that returned products are only eligible for online-store credit and refunds are not given unless the item is proven defective or if you were shipped the incorrect item. Items must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase being received by the customer to be eligible for online-store credit. To make an online return or exchange, you must write the return reason on the receipt form that was in your original shipment along with unworn merchandise. Please ship the package to our returns department at:

We recommend that you ship it via a trackable and insured method back to our warehouse as SDL cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt. Please specify, what item you are returning as well as what item(s) you would like in exchange. All store credits issued will only be valid for redemption in our online shop and are valid for one year from the issue date.

Items must be returned in the following condition:

  • New Condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • Tags must be attached (when applicable)

Please note that some products are not eligible for returns. If the item you purchased was labeled final sale, limited release, promotional/markdown, we may be unable to process a cancellation or return for these products. 

All sales are final on raffle, final sale, limited release, and promotional/markdown product. Orders and/or shipping cannot be modified once submitted. In addition, once an order is submitted cancellations for any reason are prohibited and therefore defaulted to our return policy.

Defective Product / Incorrect Order

Defects or incorrect orders must be reported to the SDL team within 5 days of delivery.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at straightdropelace@stgiab.com with your order number and issue. 

SDL will not be held responsible for any return packages lost in the mail. Therefore, please keep your postage receipt as proof of postage and value the items at the price in which you paid for the products.

 

All rights to determine a product defective are retained by Straight Drop Lace.
